Disclaimer: At Golden Age IT Services, we strive to provide reliable and efficient IT support to our clients. Please review the following terms regarding our services: Business Hours: Our standard hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Service requests made outside these hours may be subject to additional fees and availability. No Guarantee of Issue Resolution: While we make every effort to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, we cannot guarantee that all problems can be fixed remotely or within a specific timeframe. Some issues may require in-person support or hardware replacements beyond our scope. Secure Remote Support: We use industry-standard remote support software to ensure a secure connection. However, clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection for remote assistance to be effective. Data Responsibility: While we take precautions to protect your data, clients are responsible for maintaining proper backups of their files before any troubleshooting or repair. Golden Age IT Services is not liable for data loss during service. Payment Terms: Our PC troubleshooting services are billed by the minute after the first 5 free minutes. Payments are due upon service completion. Additional services may require prepayment or a deposit. Third-Party Software & Hardware: We may provide recommendations for third-party software or hardware. However, we are not responsible for any malfunctions, damages, or security vulnerabilities caused by third-party products. Limitation of Liability: Golden Age IT Services is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, downtime, or hardware failure. Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service for issues beyond our expertise, suspected fraudulent requests, or clients who violate our terms.
